Payments made by Credit Card or Paypal will ship within 24 - 48 hours. Credit card payments are processed using a secure server. Payments through Paypal are also secure and Paypal is free to use.

Please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive.

International shipping - We do not offer International sales, although we DO ship to Canada. All packages shipped to Canada will go via US Postal Service International First Class mail which takes approximately 10-12 business days to arrive. Priority shipping rates to Canada have increased too high to make this the automatic option for our Canadian customers. If you prefer to get your package quicker please let us know and we will add the extra postage necessary to ship your package via International Priority.

You may request Overnight and 2-Day Shipments within the Continental U.S. Extra shipping costs will be incurred. You can contact us for these rates or we will notify you through email. When contacting us for a shipping price inquiry please include your destination zip code and what you are ordering to help us figure out the rate.

RETURN POLICY

Satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not happy with your purchase, return the item within 15 days of receipt and we will send you a refund for the purchase price minus the shipping. Please call before returning the item to get a return authorization. Our toll free number is 1-888-575-2183.

All damage and shortage claims must be made within 7 days of receiving shipment.
